Job Description DevOps Architect - Insurance
We are recruiting for a DevOps Architect with DevSecOps experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Experience
- Typically 10+ years' experience across DevOps Architecture
- Demonstrable experience defining enterprise DevOps or Platform Engineering strategies.
- Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, cloud engineering, and automation.
- Experience leading engineering transformation initiatives.
- Experience designing modern cloud-native delivery platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and architecture governance experience.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and operational delivery models.
- Previous experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE, Software Engineer, or Infrastructure Architect.
- Cloud architecture certifications.
- Kubernetes and container platform certifications.
- Experience implementing DORA metrics, Value Stream Management, or Flow Metrics.
- Experience with AI-enabled engineering platforms and Agentic SDLC capabilities.
- Experience within a regulated financial services environment.
