This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage and maintain accurate property information, work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure data is shared in line with governance requirements. The successful candidate will support the strategic management of council housing assets by validating, analysing, and auditing data, producing high-quality information outputs that enable effective operational delivery and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Provide support on updating and quality assuring data held on the department's database, ensuring the accessibility of accurate information across the department and to internal and external stakeholders as required.
/n
- Manage all aspects of property information processing including data input and validation, quality assurance, data cleansing,, digitisation, preparing insight reports, and working with stakeholders.
/n
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, frameworks and systems that support the continuous improvement of property information.
/n
- Collate and provide property performance and insight reports as required.
/n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure effective service provision and achievement of corporate objectives, including contributing to business and service planning and processes.
/n
- Ensure robust use of the property information governance framework, focussing on maintaining and gatekeeping data accuracy in the database.
/n
- Work with or business partner with relevant departments providing a high level of customer service and support in the prompt and accurate submission, retrieval, processing and distribution of information.
/n
- Ensure that all aspects of property information can be validated for audit purposes.
/n
- Work with and support stakeholders across the department in the development and monitoring of investment plans and programmes.
/n
- Undertake regular data reviews, maintaining documentation of methodologies used, ensure information is reconciled across systems, identifying and reporting anomalies and resolving discrepancies.
/n
- Ensure that organisational expectations in relation to complaints handling, resident engagement and equality and diversity are met.
/n
- Undertake other duties relevant to the nature, scope and level of the role as necessary.

Key Skills and Experiences
/n
/n
- Experienced in data analysis or performance reporting, in housing, local government, or a similar service-focused environment
/n
- A confident user of tools like Power BI, Excel, and Purview with strong data modelling and dashboard design skills
/n
- Previous housing database management experience.
/n
- Experience of working in a social housing / property environment.
/n
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
/n
