What You'll Be Doing
- Managing customer accounts through the Effies system
- Making 30+ outbound collection calls a day and following up via email
- Performing daily manual bank reconciliations in Excel
- Keeping customer balances, payment statuses and account notes upâtoâdate
- Sending secure payment links and processing card payments
- Owning the shared mailbox and delivering topâtier customer service
- Spotting problem accounts early and escalating them to the Effies Team
