What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing customer accounts through the Effies system
  • Making 30+ outbound collection calls a day and following up via email
  • Performing daily manual bank reconciliations in Excel
  • Keeping customer balances, payment statuses and account notes up‐to‐date
  • Sending secure payment links and processing card payments
  • Owning the shared mailbox and delivering top‐tier customer service
  • Spotting problem accounts early and escalating them to the Effies Team

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in credit control / collections
  • Strong Excel skills, especially manual reconciliations
  • Brilliant communication - confident on the phone and professional via email
  • Experience in awards systems or events collections? Huge bonus!
