The Claims MI Analyst acts as the primary data and reporting partner for the Reinsurance Claims team. The role focuses on delivering management information (MI), reporting, analytics, and business insights that support better decision-making, operational performance, and data-driven working practices.

You will work closely with Claims stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, develop Power BI dashboards, analyse claims data, resolve data quality issues, and promote the adoption of reporting and analytics across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main MI and data contact for the Reinsurance Claims function.
  • Gather business requirements and develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Analyse claims data to provide actionable business insights.
  • Support claims-related projects with data expertise.
  • Investigate and resolve data quality and reporting issues.
