A leading consulting firm has built a sophisticated Python-based profitability cube. Now we need you to operationalise it—leveraging Alteryx (with Python where needed) to create a robust, automated, and auditable solution for Finance.
What you’ll be doing

- Manage Alteryx Server (scheduling, permissions, monitoring) and ensure secure, SOX-ready governance (SSO/IAM, audit trails).
- Design strong data pipelines using advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions), reconciliation checks, and incremental loads.
- Optimise performance, implement error handling, logging, alerts, and QA checkpoints to support critical reporting cycles.
- Work with APIs, cloud storage, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and embed Python/R where needed.
- Drive best practices (Git, peer reviews, release processes), document runbooks, and translate finance requirements into scalable solutions.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years delivering production Alteryx solutions in a finance/data environment.
- Strong SQL expertise across warehouses and RDBMS.
- Experience managing Alteryx Server and enterprise controls.
- Ability to balance hands-on delivery with stakeholder engagement.
