We’re supporting on an exciting transformation programme and are looking for a high-calibre Product Change Manager / Transformation Consultant to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting and transformation background who has delivered operational change programmes leveraging AI and automation technologies.
- Strong consultancy background – ideally from McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Quantum Black, BCG X, or Oliver Wyman
- 3+ years’ consulting / Transformation experience
- Proven ability to implement AI and automation tools into operational programmes
- Experience delivering operational transformation / change initiatives
- Strong focus on value creation and business outcomes
- Aviation experience is desirable but not essential

We’re specifically looking for individuals who have led transformation and operational change programmes, particularly within consulting environments where titles may vary (Associate, Consultant, Engagement Manager, Programme Manager, etc.).
