Are you an experienced SIAM Architect looking for a new challenge? My client is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team and lead the architecture for ITSM and service integration across a multi-supplier environment.
In this role, you will define and deliver the architectural roadmap for ITSM tooling - particularly around the BMC Helix ecosystem - while working closely with delivery teams and major third-party suppliers. You'll act as the primary architect within the team, shaping end-to-end service integration, data architecture (incl. CMDB), and new tool integrations.
You will be involved in but not limited to:
- Create and govern the architectural roadmap for ITSM and SIAM capabilities
- Lead high-level service and solution architecture, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practice
- Design scalable, integrated service management solutions and maintain key architectural artefacts
- Work closely with major suppliers (e.g., telco and managed service providers) to ensure effective integration and governance
Key focus areas:
- ITSM tooling architecture (preferably BMC Helix)
- CMDB, service mapping & data architecture
- New tool integrations and observability assessments
- Working closely with major third-party suppliers
- Presenting technical designs and influencing stakeholders up to director level
