What You'll Do:
- Maintain and support complex network and telecom systems
- Respond to incidents and service outages
- Configure and upgrade Cisco-based network infrastructure
- Work with Linux systems, monitoring tools, and fibre networks
- Support installations, testing, and project delivery
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and engineering teams
We're Looking For:
- Relevant higher education or professional qualification
- Experience with Cisco routers and Linux
- Knowledge of digital communications, fibre optics, and data networks
- Exposure to tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, vROPS, vRNI, Log Insight, and ServiceNow is desirable
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Eligibility to obtain UK SC Clearance
