About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter/Sourcing Partner to support hiring across a broad range of Technology roles. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers across Technology, Data, Cyber Security, Engineering, Architecture and Enterprise Platforms, helping to attract and secure exceptional talent.
As a trusted recruitment advisor, you will lead end-to-end hiring activity, provide market insight, and proactively build talent pipelines for critical and specialist roles. You will play a key role in supporting business growth and transformation while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Partnering
- Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and Finance teams to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights and competitor analysis to inform hiring decisions.
- Support workforce planning and organisational growth initiatives.
- Advise stakeholders on best practice recruitment approaches that drive diverse and high-performing teams.

- Develop and maintain talent pools for current and future business needs.
- Build networks across the technology market to identify high-calibre candidates.
- Proactively engage passive talent for niche and business-critical positions.
- Support senior and confidential hiring assignments when required.
- Recruitment Excellence
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and relevant employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within the applicant tracking system.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
About You
You are an experienced technology recruiter who combines strong commercial awareness with a passion for identifying and attracting exceptional talent.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Proven experience recruiting technology professionals within an in-house or agency environment.
- Strong track record of hiring across Engineering, Data, Cyber Security, Architecture, Product and Enterprise Technology functions.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring outcomes.
- Excellent sourcing, networking and talent mapping capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to leverage recruitment data and market intelligence to shape hiring strategies.
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
