This is a brilliant opportunity for a Lead Dev Sec Ops Engineer to join a well known aeronautical company to be responsible for overseeing the solutions architecture of Dev Sec Ops processes.
In this role, you will define and drive a unified CI/CD strategy, enabling secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery across multiple digital product teams.
You will play a critical part in shaping future Dev Sec Ops practices, optimising cloud infrastructure, and ensuring seamless integration of key platforms including Salesforce into a cohesive engineering ecosystem.

Main responsibilities Define and deliver a forward-looking Dev Sec Ops strategy and roadmap, fostering an engineering culture centred on quality, automation, and reliability.
Architect secure, stable, and cost‑effective deployment pipelines and cloud platforms.
Ensure alignment of systems, platforms, and processes with organisational technology standards.
Stay informed of emerging tools and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance delivery and security.
Work closely with product owners and technical leaders to ensure feasibility, prioritisation, and alignment with business goals.
Mentor and guide Dev Ops engineers, promoting best practices in CI/CD, automation, and secure code development.
Requirements Proven experience designing scalable technical solutions and translating business needs into engineering outcomes.
Background in Dev Sec Ops, software engineering, or cloud architecture ideally with responsibility for setting technical direction.
Someone who has or is keen to gain Salesforce experience.
Hands‑on expertise with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, Dev Sec Ops tooling, and secure development practices.
Experience designing and integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware technologies (e. g., Mule Soft).
Solid understanding of governance, security, and compliance frameworks, such as GDPR or SOX.
Salary between £95,000 - £105,000 + up to 25% bonus.
Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office.
Generous pension scheme – up to 12% pension contribution.
