Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a qualified lawyer to join their Legal team supporting the Derivatives Execution & Clearing (DEC) business. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering the opportunity to work on complex legal matters within a high-performing legal function.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal and regulatory advice on derivatives clearing and prime services across the UK and EMEA
- Draft and negotiate legal documentation, including under FIA terms, and support transactional structuring
- Assist with internal approvals (TACs/NACs) and respond to stakeholder queries
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of client documentation templates
- Coordinate with internal legal and business teams to ensure smooth delivery of legal services
- Support internal training and oversee junior team members or trainees
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and contribute to legal risk management and process improvements
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with relevant experience in derivatives, clearing, or financial regulations
