We're looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to ensure the reliable, high-quality delivery of IT products and services. This role suits someone proactive, detail-driven and determined to root-cause issues before they impact customers.
You'll work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to align IT service delivery with product roadmaps and business objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the delivery of IT products and services to agreed SLAs and product requirements
- Collaborating with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate product needs into effective service delivery
- Coordinating delivery teams to ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes
- Monitoring service performance, identifying trends and driving improvements
- Proactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they escalate
- Working with product operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Reporting on service performance, availability and customer satisfaction
