L

We are partnering with a leading global insurance company to recruit an International Tax & Finance Analyst to join its high-performing Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant, tax professional, or commercially minded finance specialist looking to develop expertise in international tax, cross-border finance and transfer pricing within a complex multinational environment.

Working as part of a collaborative EMEA-focused team, you will support a range of international tax and finance activities across multiple jurisdictions. While exposure to transfer pricing would be advantageous, it is not essential.

The organisation is looking for an analytical, curious professional who is eager to learn and develop in a global business environment.

The Opportunity

This role offers broad exposure to international operations and will see you working closely with finance teams, senior stakeholders and external advisers across the EMEA region.

You will help support cross-border business activities, contribute to financial and economic analysis, assist with regulatory and tax-related projects and support continuous improvement initiatives across the function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and coordination of international tax and cross-border documentation across the EMEA region.
  • Assist with financial, economic and benchmarking analysis to support business and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and monitor intercompany transactions and agreements.
  • Support the assessment of cross-border financial impacts and business initiatives.
  • Assist with responses to tax authority enquiries and audits, working alongside internal stakeholders and external advisers.
  • Contribute to risk identification and mitigation activities relating to international business operations.
  • Support the maintenance of policies, procedures and process documentation.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, reporting, and automation.
  • Build strong relationships with finance, tax and operational teams across the organisation.
  • Support knowledge-sharing and training initiatives across the business.

About You

We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including tax, accounting, audit, financial analysis, consulting, or corporate finance.

You will ideally have:

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification, or a degree/Master's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Exposure to transfer pricing, international tax, or cross-border finance.
  • Experience gained within industry, financial services, professional services, consulting, accounting, or a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach with a desire to learn and continuously improve processes.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive salary of up to Β£75,000
  • Annual bonus opportunity of up to 15%
  • Life Assurance
  • Hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the London office
