Job Description

Internal Communications Specialist

6 month contract

Mainly remote working

Offices based in Watford

Our client is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join a collaborative IT Change & Communications team supporting global associates across the UK, US, Mexico, and India.

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently engage with business and IT stakeholders, translate technical updates into clear, user-friendly communications, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and edit internal communications (memos, articles, SharePoint pages)
  • Create and execute communication plans for IT-related changes
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather content and clarify messaging
  • Manage multiple deliverables and priorities across projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in internal communications or change management
