Job Description
Length: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid - 2/3 days per week in London
IR35Status: Outside
Responsibilities:
- Strong project management skills with experience working across functional workstreams inc. Finance, risk & compliance, Legal & governance, Tech & Data and HR to drive business maturity and operational effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- able to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and drive project success.
- Able to think clearly and present ideas and plan in a concise and effective manner.
- Experience of working and leading project teams including but not limited to, third parties, internal technology teams and Business SMEs.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Insurance / Financial Services experience as well as an understanding of the MGA model is highly preferred.
