My client is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. This role's core purpose is to deliver high-quality end-user and infrastructure support, ensuring agreed service levels are met or exceeded, while continuously improving services and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and support IT infrastructure and end-user services in line with agreed service levels.
  • Support continuous service improvement, embedding customer care and service excellence as core values.
  • Follow IT service management (ITIL) processes, ensuring consistency, accurate documentation, and effective use of service management tools.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify, investigate, and resolve system and service issues, including preventative measures.
  • Provide specialist technical advice and guidance, including mentoring less experienced colleagues.
  • Manage and protect confidential and sensitive information, ensuring compliance with legislation (e.g. DPA, FOI).
  • Supervise external technical consultants when required and deputise for senior managers as needed.
