About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious 360 Consultant who has already taken the step from pure resourcing into a full 360 mandate. You don’t need to be a world-class performer yet - but you do need the mindset, ambition, and hunger to develop into one under the right support and structure.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven background working in a vertical market, ideally within Software Development across the Manchester region.
- The confidence to identify, engage and nurture candidates while building a strong, value-led network.
- A commercial mindset - this is not a delivery-only role. You must be able to generate leads, convert opportunities, and win new business with some consistency.
- Around 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment - someone still early in their career but showing strong potential and a genuine desire to grow.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to articulate themselves well to both clients and candidates.
Why Join Us?
- Warm Desk Opportunity - Although this is a vertical market 360 role, you’ll gain immediate access to exclusive roles with one of our largest accounts.
- Low-Hanging Fruit - We operate with multiple Manchester-based clients where we already have terms in place across the brand — but Lorien hasn’t engaged with them yet. You’ll be supported in leveraging this opportunity to grow your desk quickly.
- Hybrid Working – 2–3 Days in Office - A great balance of autonomy and team collaboration in our Manchester hub.
