HR Associate β Diversity and Inclusion β 6-Month Contract
Our client, a leading investment bank, is seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Associate to support the delivery of their UK D&I strategy.
Location: London (Hybrid β 50% in-office)
Contract: 6 months, up to Β£350/day (Inside IR35)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate D&I projects, employee networks, and campaigns (e.g. Pride Month, D&I Week).
- Manage events calendar, communications, procurement, and intranet updates.
- Analyse diversity data and report insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support external reporting (e.g. Gender Pay Gap, Women in Finance Charter).
- Create and deliver presentations and represent D&I in internal/external forums.
Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven project management experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to handle sensitive data and work independently.
- Preferred: HR/D&I experience, PowerPoint skills, PeopleSoft knowledge.
