Strategy Consultant to help shape and deliver strategic initiatives across operations, digital transformation, AI, optimisation, and business performance.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving complex business challenges, working with senior stakeholders, and driving measurable impact from strategy through to implementation.
You'll work at the intersection of business strategy, operational improvement, technology, and organisational transformation.
As a Strategy Consultant, you will
- Lead strategic assessments and problem-solving initiatives across complex business challenges.
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, customer outcomes, and commercial results.
- Partner with senior leaders to define priorities and shape investment decisions.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure tangible business value is delivered.
- Analyse data and insights to inform decision-making and measure outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, technology, data science, and operational teams to deliver sustainable change.
We are looking for individuals with
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or transformation.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience developing strategic recommendations for senior executives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments.
- A track record of delivering measurable business impact.
