I am looking for an IT Team Leader to join an established internal IT function. This role offers a strong mix of hands-on technical delivery, people management, and strategic input, within a user-focused environment.
The Role
You’ll operate at 2nd and 3rd line support level, taking ownership of day-to-day IT operations while helping shape the future direction of IT services.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line IT support to a diverse user base
- Line management of an onsite IT / Media Technician
- Managing network infrastructure, servers, workstations and applications
- Ensuring support requests are resolved efficiently and within agreed timescales
- Maintaining and developing core ICT systems and infrastructure
- Supporting and enhancing the use of technology within a user-facing environment
- Advising senior stakeholders on IT service development and improvement
- Ensuring operational needs across teams are effectively supported by IT solutions
This is a role for someone comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a wider IT team.
