Head of Infrastructure Delivery £85,000 - £100,000 + Bonus Hybrid - Manchester x2 days a week We’re partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Head of Infrastructure Delivery to lead the successful delivery of a complex Tech Ops portfolio, covering infrastructure, platforms, networks, operational technology and business-critical technology services.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a technically credible delivery professional who can drive accountability across Tech Ops, challenge senior stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure and technology programmes.
Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of the organisation’s Tech Ops portfolio, including infrastructure, platform and operational technology initiatives.
Own programme planning, prioritisation, governance and dependency management across multiple concurrent projects.
Partner with senior leaders across Infrastructure, Networks, Platform Operations, DBA, Service Management and SRE teams.
Drive change control, risk management and delivery reporting across the technology function.
Ensure resilience, availability and operational readiness are embedded throughout programme delivery.
About You Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure or Tech Ops delivery programmes.
Strong understanding of infrastructure, networks, platforms, databases and operational technology environments.
Ability to influence and challenge senior technical stakeholders.
Experience managing complex programme roadmaps, dependencies and resource planning.
Previous experience within a 24/7 operational, regulated or enterprise-scale environment would be highly beneficial.
