We’re hiring a CSDM/CMDB Analyst to support a major service transformation programme, driving adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and improving CMDB data quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead service modelling aligned to CSDM
- Improve CMDB data quality, governance, and lifecycle management
- Deliver data health reporting, insights, and remediation plans
- Support ITSM processes (incident/change impact) through accurate service data
- Engage stakeholders across service owners, IT teams, and suppliers
- Strong ServiceNow CMDB experience
- Solid understanding of CSDM
- Proven data quality, analysis, and governance experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
- ITIL / ServiceNow certifications
- Experience in regulated or multi-supplier environments
