We are looking for a Cloud Service Delivery Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of cloud services in a fast-paced IT environment. This role plays a key part in a major transformation programme, helping evolve service delivery practices and supporting the transition to a new IT Operations partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse cloud service usage and produce clear, tailored reports for stakeholders.
- Act as an escalation point for cloud incidents and support major incident management.
- Maintain ITIL-aligned processes and keep knowledge resources up to date.
- Drive service improvements and contribute to service review meetings.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements and support service transitions.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in IT service delivery, with a focus on cloud services and ITIL practices.
- Background supporting business-critical systems in medium to large organisations.
- Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow or service modelling frameworks (desirable).
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
