I'm currently recruiting for a Learning Operations Specialist to join a leading UK organisation on a 6-month contract.
Location: Southampton (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week onsite)
Rate: £200–£250 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Learning Operations professional to support a busy Learning, Talent & Development team. You'll be responsible for managing learning administration, supporting Workday Learning, coordinating with training providers, handling learner requests, and ensuring the smooth delivery of learning operations.
Key Requirements
- Experience in Learning & Development Administration or Learning Operations
- Strong Learning Management System (LMS) experience
- Workday Learning experience is highly desirable
- Experience managing training requests, learner records, and course administration
- Supplier coordination and PO/invoice administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
