We are looking for a Cloud Service Delivery Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of cloud services in a fast-paced IT environment. This role plays a key part in a major transformation programme, helping evolve service delivery practices and supporting the transition to a new IT Operations partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse cloud service usage and produce clear, tailored reports for stakeholders.
  • Act as an escalation point for cloud incidents and support major incident management.
  • Maintain ITIL-aligned processes and keep knowledge resources up to date.
  • Drive service improvements and contribute to service review meetings.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements and support service transitions.
