Due to a recent merger, my client who is one of the UK’s leading financial services company is looking for a Lead Governance PMO to join their Delivery Management Office. In this role, you will maintain a robust reporting framework and you will manage the end-to-end Integration Steering Committee (ISC). Due to the size of the project, there is a high chance, the contract will be extended or moved into a permanent role. Main responsibilities Lead the monthly workstream reporting cycle Own and manage the process for providing timely and accurate updates on the Integration Programme to the Group Board Manage the flow and quality of data required to feed other governance forums Co-ordinate meeting logistics, develop agendas Oversee the review and distribution process of ISC reports Requirements Strong PMO governance experience Strong mergers and acquisitions experience, along with integrations experience Strong leadership experience – experience leading/managing a team Experience working on a multi-million pound portfolio Strong stakeholder management Financial services industry experience Benefits Salary up to £95,000 up to 20% bonus Hybrid working: 2 to 3 days a week in the office 28 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy and sell) Life assurance (6x annual salary) Personal pension with matched contributions Ongoing training and opportunities for development If you are interested in the role, please apply now for immediate review!41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
