Are you an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer and learner experiences? We’re looking for a Learner Experience Administrator to join our Academic Services team.
This role supports learners throughout their full learning journey — from enrolment and induction through to course completion and certification. You’ll be the key point of contact, ensuring learners receive timely, professional, and supportive service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Support learner enrolment, registration, and induction processes
- Coordinate learner communications and pre-course preparation
- Register learners with awarding organisations and monitor progress
- Support delegates before and after training to achieve successful outcomes
- Assist with learner submissions and portfolio completion
- Maintain learner records and manage administrative processes accurately
- Respond to learner enquiries within agreed service levels
- Deliver an outstanding learner and customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner journey
- Support safeguarding responsibilities throughout the learner lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (including Excel) and digital systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
- Experience within education, training, learner support, or customer service environments is beneficial but not essential
- Understanding of safeguarding and SEND support is advantageous
