Skills & Experience
- Proven and significant Business Analysis experience at a senior level
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working in complex, federated, or matrix environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience identifying gaps and driving process improvement.
- Experience working on cyber security, infrastructure, digital, or transformation programmes
- Experience in highly regulated environments
- Understanding of OT systems and suppliers in the energy sector, specifically renewables, (eg, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, MES, DCS).
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, or CIS.
Ideal Candidate should be:
- Senior-level BA, ideally with long-standing contract experience
- Strong all-rounder, able to switch between different projects
- Highly experienced and articulate
- OT/Utilities background ideal; IT Security experience as a minimum
- Comfortable with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (mixed environment)
- Jira or ADO experience beneficialAssertive and able to embed themselves within teams, with the confidence to challenge stakeholders
