We're looking for a Team Coach - People Services to lead a team of People Co-ordinators delivering exceptional HR and recruitment support across a large, complex organisation.

This is an opportunity to develop and inspire a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and help shape an outstanding employee experience. You'll coach, mentor and support colleagues to achieve their goals while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and developing a team of People Co-ordinators
  • Managing escalations and supporting service excellence
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
  • Supporting HR, recruitment and employee life cycle processes
  • Contributing to key People Services projects and change initiatives
