Working closely with senior operational leaders, executives, data teams and developers, you'll translate complex business requirements into meaningful KPI frameworks, reporting solutions and governance processes.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for defining reporting requirements across multiple reporting domains, helping establish a tiered KPI framework spanning executive, operational and diagnostic reporting. You'll work with stakeholders to determine what good performance looks like, design reporting wireframes, support delivery planning and ensure the right governance and reporting cadence is in place to drive continuous improvement.

Working alongside a Data Engineering and Development team, you'll act as the bridge between Operations, Leadership and Technology, ensuring reporting outputs deliver meaningful business value.

  • Define KPI measures, reporting requirements and business rules.
  • Create dashboard wireframes and reporting specifications.

  • Support testing, sign-off and stakeholder adoption activities.
  • Prepare concise updates for senior leadership and governance forums.

Requirements

  • Strong experience delivering reporting, analytics, KPI or dashboard initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including Executive-level engagement.
  • Experience defining KPIs and translating business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering capability.
  • Experience creating wireframes and reporting specifications.
  • Ability to work effectively with Data Engineering and Development teams.
  • Practical project delivery and governance experience.
  • Familiarity with Power BI environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience within operational, logistics, service, manufacturing or field-based environments would be advantageous.
