We are hiring 2x Project Managers to manage various Finance Systems improvement projects within the IT portfolio.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and deliver multiple projects, creating plans and tracking progress.
  • Identify and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with other key business objectives.
  • Determine appropriate project approach, milestones and sprint plans adhering to Wider Project Governance models.
  • Own the issue and risk management process.
  • Accountability for successful project execution and leadership of the project team.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a technology project management role.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing and implementing complex finance system solutions (e.g., ERP, GL, P2P, O2C, RTR) within an enterprise environment.
  • APM or PMI certification - practitioner desirable.
  • Proven stakeholder management and presentation skills, alongside demonstrable conflict resolution management.
  • Experience in executing Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project methodologies.
  • Structured approach to problem solving and improvement planning.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight timelines.
  • Experience of delivering technical projects in an enterprise environment, with effective resource management.

Working model: Hybrid with 2–3 days/week in their Glasgow office. You’ll partner closely with a wider Finance-led programme.
