This is a role for someone who wants to own IT, not just maintain it. You'll lead a small team and take responsibility for how IT actually works across the business day-to-day, making sure people are supported, systems run properly, and nothing critical falls over. About you:
- Experience leading or mentoring a small IT team
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- Azure
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- Background in IT infrastructure / IT operations (not just support desk)
- Comfortable acting as a technical escalation point
- Experience improving process, service delivery, or controls
- Some PowerShell or automation experience
