- Cloud-first environment built around Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365
- Multi-site networks
- ERP estate based around Dynamics 365 / Business Central (with scope for optimisation, process improvement and stronger data governance)
- A blend of COTS platforms and proprietary systems, requiring a structured API strategy, integration governance and repeatable playbooks
- Modern endpoint management, identity and security aligned to enterprise standards
- Significant appetite to shift from manual reporting to data warehousing, dashboards and analytics
- Strong opportunity to build a data platform that supports predictive, real-time and strategic decision-making
- Power BI / Fabric-aligned direction (though flexible depending on your expertise)
- Early initiatives already underway
- Appetite for applied AI, intelligent automation and low-friction digital improvements across the organisation
- Cyber Essentials Plus is in place
- ISO-aligned frameworks ready to be strengthened
- Need for someone who can elevate maturity, risk management, audit readiness and documentation for key tenders
