One of Lorien's key public sector clients is looking for a Design Manager to join their team on an initial 3-month contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting a team of designers
- Overseeing design workflow, prioritisation, and delivery of projects
- Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to scope and prioritise design requests
- Ensuring high‑quality design output across branding, publications, and internal communications
- Supporting delivery across a range of assets including reports, learning materials, and digital content
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience managing or leading design teams
- Strong background in graphic design / communications design
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance workload demandSolid experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in public sector or regulated environments is beneficial
