A leading international financial institution seeks a Compliance Manager – Vice President in Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute risk‑based compliance reviews and independent testing across CIB activities in EMEA.
  • Challenge and assess the effectiveness of 1LoD control frameworks, ensuring compliance risks are mitigated.
  • Produce detailed reports outlining findings and agreed remediation actions.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to influence and agree on recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of compliance control frameworks and methodologies.
  • Support strategic compliance projects and respond to regulatory and audit queries.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members when required.
