Functional Consultant – D365 CE configuration Lorien City Of London, England, United Kingdom London – Onsite Monday and Thursdays 12 month contract, Inside of IR35 We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client‑facing environments, enjoys leading workshops and requirement sessions, and has a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions with stakeholders at all levels. Confidently present solutions and progress updates to C‑Suite audiences. Configure and customise D365 CE including workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports. Translate client requirements into functional specifications and deliverables. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile methodologies. Develop and maintain business data models aligned with Dynamics CRM schema. Leverage industry templates, accelerators, and add‑ons to enhance solution delivery. Key Skills
