Finance Transformation Change Manager – Hybrid Working – Outside IR35
Our client, a global Insurance company, is currently looking to hire a Finance Transformation Change Manager to join the team on a contract basis. This role would be Outside IR35 and hybrid working, with the client site based in London.
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring that the Workday Financials programme delivers the objectives set out and maximises colleague adoption. You will anticipate reactions to the changes and minimise resistant behaviours from colleagues and stakeholders impacted by the changes. This role will focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, technology, job changes, organisational structures, and more.
As the Change Manager, you will:
- Support the development of change management strategies and plans to maximise employee adoption.
- Create practical deliverables for the core change management plans; communication, engagement, training resistance, and sustainment.
- Integrate key change management activities into the wider project plan.
- Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications and training.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Support, engage, and coach leaders to drive change adoption at pace.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Capture lessons learnt to support the continuous improvement of project delivery, benefits realisation, and change outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
- A solid understanding of the process in a finance function and how people transition through change.
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Ability to operate and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
