What You’ll Bring
- Fully qualified/part-qualified OR extensive experience within Finance
- Strong background in General Insurance
- Proven Change/Transformation experience – ideally within Finance integration
- Part VII experience is a major advantage
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Finance Change Lead, you’ll take ownership of critical change initiatives across the Finance landscape, ensuring delivery is controlled, aligned and successful.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of finance change initiatives across Finance Production & Control, Actuarial, Tax, FP&A, Capital Management and Reinsurance.
- Ensure all change is aligned to the overarching Finance strategy.
- Be accountable for initiative performance – outcomes, timelines, governance and quality.
- Work closely with the Head of Inbound Change to optimise priorities and sequencing.
- Identify, monitor, escalates and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
- Manage day to day workstream activity within programme governance frameworks.
- Communicate effectively across Technology, Change, and BAU Finance teams.
- Assess change impact, ensuring processes remain aligned with internal risk frameworks and regulatory reporting standards.
- Ensure change outcomes fit seamlessly with other initiatives.
- Act as the bridge between change & operations, guaranteeing business readiness and smooth transition into BAU.
