We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Experience Manager to support the delivery of exciting Client Experience projects. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth workflow of key Client Experience projects while helping drive them forward to successful completion. Assist with in-store events that the regions will execute including an event in May where Client will be hosting global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief Creation & Coordination: Develop Client Experience briefs, working with internal teams to ensure projects are moving forward.
  • Project Management: Assist in the delivery of innovative and engaging experience formats, managing the critical path and timelines for key initiatives.
  • Event Results & Reporting: Collect event results and prepare detailed reports, ensuring data is organised and actionable.
  • Team Liaison: Disseminating updates and collecting regional feedback.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas and presentations for both ad-hoc projects and recurring meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are ready and available.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools.
  • Experience in event coordination or client-facing roles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
