Job Description

Job title: ESG Integration LeadDuration: 6-month contractLocation: Coventry or Manchester ideally – 1 day a week.. Would consider someone looking for more remote but would have expectations to go into the office when required.Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ESG integration activities, including gap analysis and process mapping across current systems (e.g., CO-OP and CBS).
  • Conduct workshops to assess current practices and define future operating models aligned with industry standards.
  • Provide consultancy support across ESG topics, without needing to be a deep technical expert.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to build relationships and influence change.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in ESG, sustainability, or related transformation roles.
  • Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including TCFD.
  • Knowledge of carbon emissions and carbon accounting is beneficial.
  • Background in consulting, ideally with experience in banking or financial services.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Technically aware and able to navigate ESG systems and data.
