Key Responsibilities
- Lead ESG integration activities, including gap analysis and process mapping across current systems (e.g., CO-OP and CBS).
- Conduct workshops to assess current practices and define future operating models aligned with industry standards.
- Provide consultancy support across ESG topics, without needing to be a deep technical expert.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to build relationships and influence change.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years' experience in ESG, sustainability, or related transformation roles.
- Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including TCFD.
- Knowledge of carbon emissions and carbon accounting is beneficial.
- Background in consulting, ideally with experience in banking or financial services.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Technically aware and able to navigate ESG systems and data.
