My global client are eagerly seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience working on ERP transformation programmes. The successful candidate will have experience of working for global organisations and working on long term contracts seeing the end to end delivery / implementation of the ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring dependencies, resources, risks, and budgets are properly tracked and controlled.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technology teams, systems integrators, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee project governance, including reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Compliance, Operations) across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Manage scope changes, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
- Champion organizational change management initiatives.
- Ensure data migration, integration, and reporting requirements are delivered effectively and securely.
- Oversee testing strategies, including UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a project manager leading complex ERP.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-country rollouts, with an understanding of localization, statutory, tax, and compliance requirements across different regions.
- Expertise in project governance, risk management, financial controls, and reporting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- ERP project experience.
