Hybrid working – 3 days in the office. Our client is looking for a Programme Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity and strong operational rigour to a fast‑paced in‑house advertising environment. This is a hands‑on, lead‑level role for someone who understands how advertising teams work and enjoys building frameworks that improve delivery, resourcing and governance.

What You’ll Do

  • Run a programme / PMO‑style function for the advertising team
  • Own resource planning, demand planning and utilisation analysis
  • Create governance, documentation and efficient ways of working
  • Allocate resources across multiple marketing teams
  • Use data to support decision‑making and improve delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an advertising or marketing‑led environment
  • Background in programme operations, PMO or resource planning
  • Organised, analytical and confident working across teams
  • Senior capability with a hands‑on mindset
