Our client is looking for a Programme Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity and strong operational rigour to a fast‑paced in‑house advertising environment. This is a hands‑on, lead‑level role for someone who understands how advertising teams work and enjoys building frameworks that improve delivery, resourcing and governance.
What You’ll Do
- Run a programme / PMO‑style function for the advertising team
- Own resource planning, demand planning and utilisation analysis
- Create governance, documentation and efficient ways of working
