My client is looking for an Integration Project Manager to lead the CAFM (Computer‑Aided Facilities Management) workstream for the mobilisation of a new contract going live 1 July. The focus is delivery of approximately 16 system interfaces between the client’s Planon platform and Sodexo (acting as intermediary to the client), ensuring the end‑to‑end scope, design and delivery of integration requirements. The role works closely with AS Integration Developers, the CAFM team, and the wider mobilisation project leadership.
Core responsibilities- Lead the mobilisation workstream covering system integrations and CAFM setup
- Gather and define requirements, scope and design for approximately 16 interfaces between Planon and Sodexo
- Manage integration delivery using ACE as the integration platform
- Work closely with AS Integration Developers and other internal and external technical teams to deliver integration builds
- Coordinate mapping activities, timelines, resourcing, costs and delivery plans for the integration workstream
- Ensure any required Planon configuration changes (fields, data structures, system changes) are delivered through the CAFM team
- Strong background delivering IT integration projects (essential).
- Experience with CAFM systems - Planon
- Solid project planning, reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work with technical teams and translate between technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience leading project workstreams end‑to‑end in a complex environment.
- Familiarity with Agile and traditional delivery methods.
- Ability to work independently and drive delivery to deadlines.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
