Belfast (Hybrid – 1-2 days per week in the office) We're looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join a growing End User Services team supporting a large-scale enterprise environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with modern endpoint technologies, manage the full Windows device lifecycle, and contribute to both BAU support and exciting infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities Support, maintain, and enhance enterprise endpoint management platforms.
Manage the complete Windows device lifecycle, including build, deployment, patching, upgrades, and retirement.
Deliver software deployments, endpoint security controls, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance.
Act as a technical escalation point for endpoint-related incidents and troubleshooting.
Support platform upgrades, change initiatives, and service improvement projects.
Identify opportunities to automate and optimise endpoint management processes.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Create and execute system test plans for change and release activities.
Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
