A leading global manufacturer is seeking an Energy Infrastructure Specialist to join its growing Energy Solutions team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with industrial electrical installation experience who wants to combine technical expertise, customer engagement and project management within a rapidly evolving sector.
Working remotely with national travel, you will help customers develop safe, practical and future-ready charging infrastructure solutions, supporting battery-powered industrial fleets and wider energy initiatives.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will partner with customers and account managers across the UK to assess site infrastructure, understand operational requirements and deliver tailored charging and energy solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting warehouse and industrial site surveys
- Assessing electrical infrastructure, power capacity and charging requirements
- Designing practical charging layouts and infrastructure solutions
- Producing site reports, recommendations and customer proposals
- Managing projects from survey through to installation and handover
- Coordinating electrical contractors and installation partners
- Supporting opportunities involving load management, battery storage and renewable energy technologies
- Presenting technical recommendations to customers and stakeholders
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
- Industrial or commercial electrical installation experience
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution and safe working practices
- Experience working with customers and contractors
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
