Lorien is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Sourcing Partner to join our high‑performing delivery team in Edinburgh. If you’re passionate about talent sourcing, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting major hiring programmes across the UK banking sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role with real impact.
What you’ll do
- Deliver high‑quality 180 recruitment sourcing across our flagship UK banking accounts
- Source, engage and qualify specialist talent across technology, change, digital and operations
- Manage end‑to‑end candidate pipelines – from search to offer management
- Partner closely with Delivery Leads, Account Managers and onsite client teams
- Create well‑targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools and referrals
- Maintain excellent candidate experience and uphold Lorien’s reputation across the market
- Work to delivery SLAs, ensuring quality, pace, and compliance at all times
What we’re looking for
- 1-2 years experience in a direct sales, telephony sales, resourcing, sourcing or 180 recruitment role
- Knowledge of banking, FS or technology markets (nice to have, not essential)
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced delivery environment with high volume and high standards
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- A proactive “get things done” mindset – keeping pipelines warm and moving
- Solid organisational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on quality
