Their customer base spans startups through to well-established organisations across the UK and internationally. With data volumes rising and regulatory expectations increasing, demand for their technology is strong, and they are firmly positioned as a market leader. The Role You will lead the delivery of client implementation projects, setting up and refining project management standards that help the Professional Services function deliver consistently to a high level. You will own engagements from kick-off through to go-live, keeping scope, timelines and budgets on track while ensuring clients are delighted with the outcome. This is a varied, high-visibility position. You will run several projects at once, coordinating a matrixed team and acting as the main link between internal colleagues and client stakeholders.
