Employee Relations Manager - Cambridge (Hybrid) - Initial 3 months Lorien's Public Sector team is currently supporting the search for an experienced Employee Relations Manager .

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a strong Employee Relations background to support senior leaders across a wide range of complex workforce matters.

The role is initially fully onsite in Cambridge before moving to a hybrid working arrangement.

This is an Inside IR35 contract for an initial 3-month term , with likely extensions.

Key Responsibilities Provide expert Employee Relations advice and guidance on complex HR casework Manage disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance-related cases Support and guide managers through investigations, hearings and appeals Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and HR best practice Advise senior stakeholders on complex and sensitive workforce matters Build and maintain effective relationships with managers, employee representatives and trade unions Support organisational change and workforce transformation initiatives Deliver HR training, coaching and development sessions for managers Contribute to policy development, review and implementation Monitor and assess risks associated with employee relations cases, esc...
