Project Support Analyst – £225 - £275 per day Inside IR35 – Edinburgh (Hybrid)

One of Lorien’s key public sector clients is looking for a Project Support Analyst to join their team. This contract is until 26/02/27 with a potential 4 months extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide PMO and project administration support across multiple concurrent projects and programmes.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and governance forums, including scheduling, agenda management, minute taking and action tracking.
  • Maintain project documentation, records and information management processes.
  • Support programme governance through reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Assist with change management and project communications activities.
  • Support project planning, milestone tracking and delivery reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with information governance and data management procedures.
  • Escalate risks, issues and data irregularities where appropriate.
  • Work flexibly across multiple workstreams, supporting project managers and programme stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience within a PMO Analyst, Project Support Analyst, Project Support Officer or Project Coordinator role.
  • Strong governance, reporting and project administration experience.
  • Experience maintaining RAID logs and supporting risk and issue management processes.
  • Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, producing minutes and tracking actions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
  • Experience with document management and information governance processes.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills including Teams, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint.
