Key Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering enterprise-level data architecture aligned to programme objectives.
- Defining and owning the overall data strategy across a large-scale digital transformation programme.
- Translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and inter-operable data solutions.
- Designing and governing data models, metadata frameworks, and data standards.
- Leading on end-to-end data architecture including ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption.
- Ensuring effective integration of data across systems, products, and external partners.
- Establishing and enforcing data governance, quality standards, and best practices.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Leading and influencing multidisciplinary Agile teams across multiple work-streams.
- Managing data-related risks, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvement.

- Strong experience operating as a Lead / Principal / Enterprise Data Architect.
- Proven track record defining and delivering data strategy at programme or enterprise level.
- Extensive experience in data modelling, metadata, and data architecture frameworks.
- Strong experience designing end-to-end data flows and integration across complex systems.
- Proven experience establishing data governance and quality frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, including engagement at senior and executive level.
- Ability to operate independently within complex, fast-paced Agile environments.
- Experience working across full data life-cycle from strategy through to delivery.
- Previous public sector or regulated industry experience is beneficial.
